TUMBLING for Ages 5+ yrs
Classes are designed to optimize learning tumbling skills for competitive cheer or just for fun! No matter the skill level, we have a class for you!
Also offering … “FUNdamental Cheer” (4-8 yr olds)

The focus is on FUN while learning the basics of CHEER (motions, jumps, stunting, and tumbling) as well as developing age-appropriate strength, coordination and agility. Great preparation for Novice Competitive Cheer!
TUMBLING – Level 1 – Rookie (Ages 5+ yrs)
Mon 5:15pm, Tues 5:15pm OR Thurs 6:30pm
Drills & Skills for the brand-new tumbler!
Skill Focus: forward and backward roll, bridge, handstand, cartwheel
TUMBLING – Level 2 – Novice
Mon 6:30pm, Tues 5:15pm, or Wed 4:00pm
Skill Focus: bwd roll to pike stand, handstand fwd roll, bridge kickover (feet elevated), handstand bridge, standing round-off, backbend
*Prerequisites – forward and backward roll, bridge, handstand, cartwheel (Rookie class focus skills)
TUMBLING – Level 3 – Walkovers & Beginner Handsprings
Mon 4:00pm or 7:00pm, Tues 4:00pm OR Wed 5:15pm
Skill Focus: front walkover, back walkover, hurdle round-off rebound, boulder front and back handsprings, back handspring w/ light spot (on wedge mat &/or trampoline)
*Prerequisites: bwd roll to pike stand, handstand fwd roll, bridge kickover (feet elevated), handstand bridge, standing round-off, backbend (Novice class focus skills)
TUMBLING – Level 4 – Advanced Handsprings
Mon 7:00pm, Tues 4:00pm or 7:00pm
Skill Focus: independent standing back handspring (on floor), round-off back handspring drills (RO BHS over boulder, RO flat back), front handspring step-out
*Prerequisites: Walkovers & Beginner Handsprings class focus skills
TUMBLING – Level 5 – Beginner Series
Tues 7:00pm or Wed 6:30pm
Skill Focus: round-off back handspring, standing two back handsprings, front handspring step-out to round-off, front & back tuck drills
*Prerequisite: Advanced Handsprings class focus skills
TUMBLING – Level 6 – Advanced Series & Beginner Saltos
Wed 6:30pm
Skill Focus: round-off 2 back handsprings, round-off back tuck, front handspring step-out to round-off, punch front
*Prerequisite: Beginner Series class focus skills
TUMBLING – Level 7 – Advanced Saltos

Skill Focus: round-off back handspring back tuck, punch front to round-off, round-off layout, round-off back handspring layout, standing tuck
*Prerequisite: Advanced Series & Beginner Saltos class focus skills
TUMBLING – Level 8 – Twisting & Specialty Passes

Skill Focus: back full (standing & running), arabians, whips, punch front step-outs to back series passes

Payment Policy:
Invoices are emailed on the 1st of each month and payment in full is due by the 5th of each month. Please click on the link to your account provided on the invoice to make a payment online and/or update credit card information. Tuition payments not processed through your parent portal will be automatically billed using the credit card on file on the due date. Payment for tuition for new registrations made after the 5th of the month will be processed upon enrollment. Please note: the Annual Registration Fee ($30 for one child or $45 per family) will be applied to your account upon enrollment or on the anniversary of your enrollment.

August Tuition covers classes 8/19-9/13/24
September Tuition covers classes 9/16-10/11/24
October Tuition covers classes 10/14-11/8/24
November Tuition covers classes 11/11-12/13/24
*We will not have classes the week of 11/25-29 (Thanksgiving week) and it is not included in tuition
*Enrollment is accepted after a session begins and tuition will be prorated for the late start.
